Frequently asked questions
CAN I USE AN OUTDOOR FIRE PIT INDOORS?
No. Never bring an outdoor wood, propane or other fuel-burning fire pit or heater indoors or into an enclosed area.
IS EVERY TABLETOP FIRE PIT SUITABLE INDOORS?
No. Use a tabletop product indoors only when its manufacturer documentation explicitly permits that location and fuel. If the model or instructions are unclear, do not use it indoors.
CAN AN ELECTRIC FIREPLACE GO IN ANY ROOM?
No. Check the model manual, electrical supply, ventilation, clearances and moisture restrictions. Do not use it in a bathroom or wet area unless the manufacturer explicitly rates it for that location.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK BEFORE USING A HEATER?
Confirm the exact model, fuel and permitted location. Keep required clearances, use the specified power or fuel supply, and never leave an operating heater unattended.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR SHOWROOM?
No. Fire Pit Company is an online supplier. Product details, prices and options are shown on this website.
