DO YOU HAVE A SHOP OR SHOWROOM?
No. Fire Pit Company is an online supplier. Product details, prices and options are shown on this website.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE PRICES SHOWN IN?
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP).
HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Standard delivery is free when the item total after discounts is £100 or more. It is £25 below that. Express Shipping is £25 on any order; contact us for its available estimate before ordering.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and 5 to 7 days for delivery. We email the tracking link after dispatch.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
Checkout supports credit and debit cards through Stripe, and PayPal.
CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
For most online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you want to cancel, then return the goods within another 14 days. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us promptly so we can put it right under UK consumer law.
HOW DO I CHOOSE A FIRE PRODUCT?
Compare the listed dimensions, fuel type and permitted location. Read the manufacturer instructions and check local building, fire-safety and property rules before purchase or installation.

Packaging and delivery
We introduced Eco Pack packaging and we work with our delivery providers to bring the carbon footprint of a delivery down. It is a direction rather than a finished job, and we would rather describe it that way than claim more than we have done.
