HOW DO I CHOOSE BETWEEN WOOD AND PROPANE?
Wood gives a traditional flame and needs suitable dry fuel and ash cleanup. Propane offers controlled ignition but requires the correct cylinder, regulator and outdoor clearances. Follow the exact model manual.
WHERE CAN I PLACE AN OUTDOOR FIRE PIT?
Use only in a location permitted by the manufacturer and local rules, on a stable non-combustible surface with the specified clearances. Never use an outdoor fuel-burning product indoors or in an enclosed area.
DO SMOKELESS FIRE PITS PRODUCE NO SMOKE?
No fire pit is smoke-free in every condition. The design is intended to reduce visible smoke when used with suitable dry fuel and airflow; results vary with fuel and operation.
CAN I COOK ON ANY FIRE PIT?
No. Cook only on a model and accessory expressly designed for cooking, and follow its food-contact, fuel and cleaning instructions.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?
Standard delivery is free when the item total after discounts is £100 or more. It is £25 below that. Express Shipping is £25 on any order; contact us for its available estimate before ordering.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Allow 24 to 48 hours for handling and 5 to 7 days for delivery. We email the tracking link after dispatch.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

CAN I RETURN AN ORDER?
