Check the exact electrical rating, room suitability, clearances and operating instructions for the supplied model. Do not assume tip-over, shut-off or overheat protection unless it is documented for that model.

Place it on a stable surface, keep combustible materials clear and plug it in only as directed. Do not use it in a bathroom, wet area, tent or other enclosed location unless the exact model is expressly approved for that use.

Use it only in a location expressly permitted by the exact model's manufacturer instructions and by any building, tenancy, property-management and fire-safety rules that apply.

Use only the fuel, cylinder, electrical supply or other power source specified for the exact model. Contact us before ordering if that requirement is not clear.

Ask us for the current model identifier and supplied documentation before ordering when a model-specific feature, fuel or location matters to you.

Follow the supplied instructions. Do not assume assembly, mounting, gas work or electrical work is included; use a suitably qualified person where the instructions or local rules require one.

Use the clearances stated for the exact model. Product photographs and overall dimensions do not replace the manufacturer's hot-surface and combustible-material clearances.

Keep children and pets outside the required safety perimeter and under supervision. Surfaces, flames, fuel, ash and electrical parts may remain hazardous during and after use.

No active flame, combustion appliance or portable heater should be left unattended. Shut down and cool the product as the manufacturer directs.

Do not move, refuel, service or store it while it is operating, lit or hot. Follow the exact model's shutdown and cooling instructions.

Allow it to cool fully, then store it dry and secure as directed. Store fuel, cylinders, packets and electrical leads according to their separate instructions.

Disconnect or shut down the product and allow it to cool completely. Use only the cleaning method and tools permitted for the exact materials and model.

Inspect it at the intervals stated by the manufacturer. Stop using it if fuel, electrical, structural or heat-affected parts appear damaged or incomplete.

Do not assemble or operate a damaged item. Photograph the item and packaging and contact us promptly so we can assess a replacement, repair or return.

The product page describes the known configuration. Confirm included parts, fuel, cylinders, batteries, leads, fixings and accessories with us before ordering if they affect your setup.

Use only accessories listed as compatible by the exact product or accessory manufacturer. Similar dimensions or names alone do not establish compatibility.

Compare the listed dimensions with the available space and the manufacturer-required clearances. Ask us to confirm any measurement that is critical to installation.

Contact us before ordering for the current supplier or manufacturer warranty terms for the exact model. Your statutory rights under UK law are separate.
